Welcome to Villa Vino, a spacious Tuscan-inspired country home set amongst the vineyards of West Lodi. Just a few minutes from many of Lodi's most famous wineries, including Michael David Winery and Oak Farm Vineyards, Villa Vino offers the perfect starting point for exploring everything Lodi offers or all of Northern California.

Please note that parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed and we do not make exceptions. Only the people who are staying the night (maximum of 6) are allowed to be on the property.

Open the door to Villa Vino and find a large kitchen, living room area, dining room table that seats 6, and a family room area with a large TV, baby grand piano, a table for games, and an electric fireplace. In the backyard, enjoy dining al fresco under the pergola while taking in the beautiful vineyard & sunset views.

The upstairs offers three spacious bedrooms, including a primary suite with King size bed, electric fireplace, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Each of the other two bedrooms has a Queen size bed and the upstairs hall bath also has double sinks.

The primary home is completely private for guest use. There are two tenants that live on the property, one in an attached apartment and one in a detached home. You will have private use of the backyard and front patio, but you may see the tenants or their children playing on the side of the house in the side driveway area.

In warm months, the thermostat is locked at 76 degrees. Each bedroom upstairs has multiple windows that should be opened at night to take advantage of the Delta breeze.

In cold months, the thermostat is locked at 72 degrees. There is an electric fireplace in the downstairs family room and an electric fireplace in the upstairs main bedroom for ambiance and added warmth, if desired.

Landscapers come every Tuesday for front & backyard maintenance.

Garbage is picked up early Thursday mornings, please don't park by the bin.
