Great place

This place was terrific. We'd definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good, staff was nice, there was a mix-up in the accommodations, but we got a refund from hotels.com.

The facilities could be nice if the carpets were cleaned occasionally. The fan vent in our bathroom was disgusting. We used to stay here on our way thru each year, next year we will try for somewhere else.

The room wasnt bad but the tub bottom was like standing in a pipe to take a shower. The floor was a u shape that was a killer on the ankles. The toilet seat was broken and do not take the elevators LOL

Stayed four nights while visiting Summersville. Traffic going by was noticeably noisy if you are a light sleeper. The pool and hot tub were covered up in children. Then one of them set off the exit door alarm which had to be reset. So, no pool or hot tub. Breakfast was good, except they ran out of sausage gravy. The bed was comfy. Serviceable accommodations. Not stellar, not horrible. Three stars.

This was a one night stay. Staff were nice but seemed like they didn’t really know answers to simple questions or they were confused. Assuming they were short staff because the lady at the desk was also folding laundry in breakfast area. The property didnt seem very clean, pool/hot tub was questionable. We had ants in our room. And had trouble controlling the ac. Front desk said they would send some one up and they didn’t.
