Enjoy the privacy and solitude of this renovated 1920s Guest House situated on 2 acres of the award winning gardens of historic Linwood, a Victorian era estate built in 1883. The 2 bed/2 bath property offers an example of life on a Victorian, in-town estate right in the heart of the quaint town of Summerville. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Cable TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, off street parking, and lots of nice special features including 2 private screened in porches and a sun room.

The 1920s Guest House at Linwood is located on a two-acre historic estate in downtown Summerville with a beautiful garden and walking paths around the property that are open for guests to explore. There is a main house and three detached houses on the property. The 1920s Guest House is the house at the end of the driveway to the left.

Private History and Horticulture Tours of the 1883 Linwood estate are available upon request.
