The staff were courteous, helpful and professional. We loved the buffet breakfast. However, the aircon in our room was very loud - it sounded like it was malfunctioning as it had a rhythmic grinding clunk. There were no power sockets near the beds, and the shared table between beds was quite small.

The room was very noisy. The room next to mine was a family with friends, and I felt like sitting with them in the same room. I did not have a problem with their family because they were just happy to have a holiday, but the walls are not soundproofed, and I heard every little noise. The room smelled; I'm not sure whether the smell came from next door or my own room. The room old and marks everywhere. I paid $300 for 1 night and i never go back there. When i asked the stuff at the reception about change my room they said all room is like that.

Rooms are small, average amenities, shower leaked all over the floor. The place is tired, but the location can’t be beat. Harbor view room overlooks a major construction site, if that’s not your thing skip paying extra for that.

Whole hotel is in need of a make over inc. Painting, blinds, worn carpets & bathroom fittings. Room was very small with only one chair for 2 people. Not for a long stay. TV effectively only had two channels, 2 and 10. Staff very nice.
