The property itself is superb. Virtually new, clean, comfortable, staff are friendly. Parking is $20 a night, run by an outsourced company and one guy was really rude. Area is very noisy at night, racing cars.The real issue is the distance from Downtown Sydney. It’s 40 minutes with no traffic, on weekdays after 0700 it can be 1 1/2 hours. Sydney drivers are appalling, tailgating, in and out of lanes, cut you up, so be warned on this point.

This was a fantastic hotel and was perfect for what I needed. The pool, spa and sauna area was fabulous and loved that the security came and checked in. I felt so safe knowing he was around somewhere. The staff at reception were always so pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Having the shops so close made life easier. Great little coffee shop across the road and the pizza downstairs was delicious!

Pretty, but dysfunctional

First impression looked amazing! but reality hit when the toilet door locked behind us and couldn't get in anymore without calling the lobby (who were like" it happens all the time, will take 10minutes") - meant could not close the toilet/bathroom door anymore during our stay (yuck!)... And no matter how high we put the air con (on heat mode, both rooms) it was cool, even on a fairly nice autumn day, luckily we had extra blankets in car, else would have had to ask for that too... The staff were great to help, but nothing they could do to obvious flaws in the building. Parking amazing!

When I check in the key card wasn’t working and I contacted the reception then she used her keycard so we can used the elevator to go up. She told me she gonna fixed it. After we went out to the party and got back at 12:30 am when to the elevator and the key card still not working so when I went to the reception again then he fixed it. Why I have to go to the reception twice in a day to fixed the key???
