"My husband, daughter and I were heading to Sylvan Beach for a surprise birthday party for his grandma and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property."

"Our stay in the Penthouse at Sylvan Beach was EXCELLENT!! The property was even better than we expected. The openness of the 3rd floor allowed us to be together but not on top of each other. The couch was comfy, TV was great, table fit us all, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were large, except for the room with 2 beds, but even that had enough room to maneuver. The beds were very comfortable. The host left us dishwasher and laundry soap, both bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body soaps in pump-bottles in the showers, dish soap, towels for all needs, garbage bags, a spice rack, and other spices in the cupboard. We enjoyed using the grill on the patio and eating with a view. The views from the 3rd floor were spectacular and made up for having to climb the stairs lol. We even watched windsurfing on the windy day. There were people in other units during our stay but we barely heard them or knew they were there. With 2 hot tubs, being outside at the same time was not an issue. It was during the fall, so most of the attractions were closed, but we appreciated the slower pace while walking around and seeing the area. The host was great with communication and very responsive. I hope to be able to go back in the future and would highly recommend this property and host!"
