Stunning Tabernash Retreat w/Private Hot Tub and Breathtaking Mountain Views

A wraparound deck features a private hot tub, breathtaking mountain views, and an ideal spot for alfresco meals. Inside you’ll find gleaming hardwood floors in the common areas, high ceilings, high-end furnishings, and new appliances.

LIVING AREAS
Curl up on two cozy sofas next to the wood-burning stove in the sunny living room. Two modern accent chairs provide additional seating.

Downstairs, the second living room is outfitted with a large sectional sofa and a 55” TV with cable. A ping-pong table provides hours of group fun, or gather around the four-person high top table for a round of cards.

KITCHEN & DINING
Granite countertops shine in the modern chef’s kitchen, which is equipped with a full suite of brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range. Helpful gadgets and tools include a Chicago Cutlery knife set and a coffee grinder. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table. A breakfast bar provides additional seating for four.

BED & BATH
This home includes five bedrooms that sleep 14 total & three full bathrooms

Find peaceful tranquility in the primary bedroom, which is furnished with a king bed and a 55” TV. The en-suite master bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

The second bedroom offers a comfy full-size bed, while the third guest room holds a queen bed. A second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Downstairs, the fourth bedroom provides sleeping space for up to eight guests with two full-over-full bunk beds. A private living space is furnished with a sofa, rocking chair, and 45” TV.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the fifth bedroom. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and can also be accessed from the lower-level common area.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay in our mountain home. Please be aware that this area may require a four-wheel vehicle due to the terrain and weather conditions. The roads can be steep and challenging, particularly during the winter months when snowfall is common. Having a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle can greatly enhance your mobility and safety, making your experience more enjoyable. We recommend checking your vehicle's condition and tires before your trip

We strongly encourage guest traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OPEN FIRE ON PROPETY UNLESS IT IS PROPANE FIREPITS. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

The house is beautiful with a wonderful view! The instructions for check-in were clear. And the house was extremely clean, with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The management is kind and responsive. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is that the fridge broke the day we arrived. It just had dirty coils, which meant we had to stay up extremely late waiting for someone to fix it. On the upside, they were super responsive and even sent them with a minifridge in case it wouldn't start. An automatic sink needed batteries, too. Again, they dealt with everything immediately. Just a bummer to start a vacation with having to make calls and deal with repairs.

We enjoy the spectacular view from the living room. It was a beautiful painting every morning. The beds were comfy and the downstairs was wonderful for our teen/young adult kids. The only issue we had was the dining table is too small for a 5 bedroom. Overall, it was a wonderful location and we enjoyed our stay.

A White Christmas!

This property was in such a wonderful location. Beautiful view of the mountain range. Great midway point between Winter Park and Granby Ranch, which we attended activities at both multiple days. House was a perfect fit for our 2 families with 8 guests total. Loved the heated floors as well!! Ping pong table and hot tub were great amenities for all of us to enjoy. Only had 1 issue with the hot tub not heating up, sent a message to host and it was fixed immediately. Couldn't ask for better service. They also had the neighbor come to snow plow the driveway, which we were so thankful for. Wonderful way to spend our Christmas and will definitely be back.

Amazing Space for a D&D Getaway!

We recently stayed at this property in Grand County and had an absolutely fantastic time, especially for our Dungeons & Dragons game! The house was spacious, with plenty of room for all of us to gather around and immerse ourselves in our campaign. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a good night’s rest between game sessions. The overall condition of the house was excellent, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. There were a few minor issues, though, and while they didn't impact our enjoyment much, they're worth mentioning. The hot tub jets weren’t working properly, and the water was a bit yellow and cloudy. Also, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom wasn't functional, and the showerhead in the master had some calcium buildup, causing reduced water flow. These were small inconveniences, but they didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Grand County. It’s perfect for a group gathering, and we can’t wait to return for another D&D adventure!

Mothers 60th bday get away with family

My family enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in Tabernash celebrating our mother’s 60th birthday. This home was the perfect set up for us. We were even greeted by 2 bull moose right off the back deck and plenty of mule deer.

Beautiful place with a great view and very welcoming accommodations. Host was fantastic to work with and even made a late night trip to the property when we realized we were running out of toilet paper! Even the neighbors were nice and welcoming.

Perfect jumping off point for Grand County activities

Great Mountain Getaway

We have stayed here multiple times and it always comes to mind, when planning mountain getaways with friends and family. It sits right in between fishing at Granby and shopping, good food and more in Winter Park. We will stay here many more times in the future.
