It has parking for 3 large or 4 medium cars, large green area with covered bbq, rear terrace overlooking the hill of Huaica.
Inside it is equipped with a kitchen and natural gas oven, laundry area, two bathrooms for the bedrooms and a half for the visit, living room with fireplace, dining room, TV room and study.
Three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed, the main bedroom has its own bathroom.
It is an open concept house, very well lit and ventilated.
