Property door was broken and had to be pulled open manually. Lobby, some hallways, and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, especially when running the bath fan and heaters. Disgusting and did not get better over our two night stay. No toiletries were in room upon check-in. Would have changed hotels, but due to inclement weather and travel delays. No nearby rooms were available. The only upside was that the bed was comfortable.

The stay was about average, the breakfast did not have very many healthy options and the room had somethings broken (toilet paper holder coming out of the sheetrock). But overall it was clean, maintained, and the staff was pleasant.

Excellent stay, clean, friendly helpful staff. Only complaint was the large 1 inch gap between the floor and the front door. We could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway.
