Hotel smells like cigarette smoke due to smoking on the casino floor, I mentioned it to two different staff members and both of them mentioned how this is a common complaint and ““ our HVAC doesn’t filter all the smoke out. Give me a break. Do not stay here if you do not like cigarette smoke it’s disgusting

Unfortunately as a casino, there is a hazy of tobacco smoke as you enter the lobby from the parking garage which has plenty of parking spaces. The room has the smell of tobacco even though smoking is not supposed to be allowed in the room.

Smelled so bad of cigarettes all over the hotel. I felt very unsafe there. Only one restaurant upstairs that was ok. I went there for a conference but I won’t ever stay there again. People have to have their ID checked and also walk through a scanner to enter the building but there was still very sketchy people there

Smoky room from casino

Older casino hotel. Have to go through metal detector to enter from parking garage. Then go through casino to hotel desk. Smoke smells transitions upstairs as well. Changed 3 nights to 1. Thank you hotels.com and the hotel for the full refund. People were great space not ao much...
