The room was very comfortable and as advertised. We enjoyed the beautiful glass art and themed floors featuring different glass artists. Parking was easy. I wish the rooms had two queens instead of two doubles :)

It was convenient Location for us. I didn't eat at the restaurant just pretty much slept tgere. The gym was mostly a cardio gym with weights from 12 pounds to 25 no in between. One of the leg machines didn't work. Was a clean place to stay

I recently stayed at Hotel Murano and had a mixed experience overall. The staff were wonderful - friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The location is also very convenient, which made getting around easy. I did run into some issues with housekeeping during my stay, but once I brought it to the attention of the General Manager, they responded quickly and took the concerns seriously. I really appreciated the professionalism and how promptly things were handled. Because of that great customer service and how well the situation was resolved, I would definitely consider staying here again despite the initial issues.

This property is amazing from the lobby and bar/restaurant area. Our room was worn out - broken chair, stained tables, drapes missing etc. Some common areas also are tired ie the stair treads, elevators have broken glass. This hotel is epic, beautiful and has potential, and deserves attention. More positives than negatives.
