Staff were fantastic…very thoughtful, kind and attentive!!! We were able to stow our luggage until our rooms were ready. We booked three rooms for five days, and the location is great for subway access and attractions. There are two breakfast options each day that you pick the day before, and the time you want breakfast too. They truly provide hospitality from the heart!

Our king suite was sweet! Quite spacious and clean. Nice amenities and a balcony, modern decor, and huge bathroom. The staff were amazing, very accommodating. We stayed in the suite room and it was spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed the big hinoki bathtub. Had the Asian breakfast every day which were delicious. Good service, accessible location

The service staff were mostly friendly and helpful if needed. Breakfast was provided and you could choose from one of 2 daily sets. They alternate and by the 4th day, the menu repeats. They provide kid breakfast only upon request which is good. The room was a bit dusty, especially the carpet. While the hotel seems a bit old, it was quite well maintained.
