Located in a quiet area next to Las Baulas Marine National Park, between Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta newly built complex with all the comfort and amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Short 5-7 minute walk away from Tamarindo beach, shops, restaurants, banks, bars, tour boats, grocery store and pharmacy.

Whether you’re looking for a Romantic setting or spending time with your family or friends this property will fit your needs.

A lovely studio apartment

Large room with kitchen area large bath with big shower and beautiful tile work. Everything was new and the entire property was immaculately clean. This is a really nice place. Ronnie was on property every day and does a great job. Road down to the beach was a little dusty but it was the dry season. Great location on the south end of town.

Whitestone Excellence

Whitestone Parkview was a great stay, it is within walking distance of the beach and many fantastic restaurants. Our host Nadia kept up communication with us and had several suggestions for places to see and eat and transportation services. I would definitely stay here again. The units are clean and modern, the pool area has many seating options and the hammocks were great. Lots of shade or sun to choose from.

The kitchen had adequate utensils, dishes and pots, paper towel and napkins. The only thing I would recommend is extra empty “Tupperware” containers for storage of cut up fresh fruit etc. The room and premises were well maintained and clean. Low water pressure one day but it was quickly resolved. It was great having access to laundry. The location was quiet, secure and within walking distance to the beach, groceries, shops and restaurants. The access road is in need of maintenance. We had to contact the host for the Wifi password and had a few other questions but she was quick to respond.

The smooth check in process, the easy communication with the manager and her assistant, the willingness to help make my stay a remarkably positive experience is out of the norm at this property. Beautiful spacious unit

We stayed here two nights and immediately entering the unit we were blown away with how large it was! We had a unit on the ground floor opening to the pool. Two nights was perfect as they do not provide towel service and room cleaning, but if it were a longer stay it would be the only suggestion to add on as an included service.thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Accommodation

We would highly recommend Whitestone Parkview Apartments to anyone staying in Tamarindo particularly if you are like us and do not want to rent a car while in town. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife at the beach bar restaurants. Amazing fire shows on the beach nightly. Our apartment was roomy, newly built and very clean. We had everything we needed. Loved the pool and pool area. Cooled off in the pool on a daily basis. Would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.
