Holidays are exciting, but before you book, please check your dates and only select one of the following when making your holiday reservation. Please contact a reservation agent before booking if your dates are different than the following to find a way to accommodate you. Our holiday dates for 2026 & 2027 are:

EASTER WEEK AND THANKSGIVING
• Thanksgiving (November 23 - November 30, 2026/2027)
• Easter Week 2026 (March 29 - April 5, 2026)
• Easter Week 2027 (March 21 - March, 2027)

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS
For any reservations arriving between December 19th 2026 to January 3rd 2027, we have a 7 to 10-night minimum requirement. Specific periods may be required. Please contact us before making an online booking during this period.

MUSIC FESTIVALS
Please contact us before making an online booking during music festivals dates. Restrictions may apply.

Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy because all holiday dates are non-refundable.

THINGS TO NOTE

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club
• Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.
• The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary)

Construction
Please note there is ongoing construction in the community. The house features noise-resistant doors, windows, and lush landscaping for privacy and no visible construction. Recent guests have had no issues, but to account for any inconvenience, rates have been discounted.
