Inside the pool, you will find built-in bar stools. This private estate is surrounded by mature landscaping and citrus trees that perfume the property in springtime. The house and backyard are invisible from the street level and neighbouring residences. This beautifully renovated home boasts a grand entrance at the top of the privately gated driveway. The great room features vaulted ceilings, a pool table, a wet bar, and counter seating that allows pass-through entertaining from the kitchen to the pool table and TV rooms.

The primary bedroom has a private entrance to the pool area and a jetted bathtub inside the oversized main bathroom. The Whole-house fan keeps the house nicely cool in the morning and into the early afternoon, and when needed, you can flip on the air-conditioning. In winter, the electric faux fireplace keeps the main bedroom toasty warm. A secondary living room allows for extra entertaining in the attached two-bedroom guesthouse.

Breathtaking views of Mount Palomar & Temecula Wine Country make this home perfect for entertaining or for relaxing in resort-like tranquility. The all-new kitchen has custom cabinetry with soft-close doors & pull-outs; Talavera tile accents; granite sink & countertops; Zephyr island range hood; Bosch dishwasher; KitchenAid ice machine, oven & convection microwave; GE Profile induction range. The home is equipped with a whole house water filtration system.

Other fine details include Milgard tempered windows and doors, custom-built main bathroom and closets, engineered wood and ceramic tiled flooring, SnapPower® guidelights, and invisible screen doors in the guest and main bedrooms.
