Items left behind

We were late getting our things out of the room and when we went back an hour later to retrieve our left items the housekeeper had already taken our things and then lied about us leaving anything in the room. We are now having to file a formal complaint and file a formal grievance against this hotel

I stay here regularly, and for a budget hotel, the staff sure is sweet! They are always very friendly and do their best. I truly appreciate BREWED coffee in the morning (I hate pods). The rooms are very nice for the price, and the hot tub is a plus. Super helpful to have a fridge and micro in my room since I'm on a travel budget. The Mexican food stand in same lot has great fish tacos! Simple drive to Pala and Pechanga casinos and close to downtown.

Great little motel.

Great value for money. Clean and well appointed. Conveniently located. Felt safe. Would have like breakfast room to open a little earlier but otherwise excellent. Will probably be back.
