Staff were great. The problem was only one elevator was working which cleaning staff also used. Room trash was not picked up. The hotel towels for the pool look like wash cloths. The kids were using the Jacuzzi. No one was monitoring that.

The hotel is updated and looks nice. Location is great, bed was excellent. However, the toilet was flushing and the sink was clogged. The breakfast was good but on one of the days they were out of eggs, had no clean plates or silverware available. Multiple people complained to no avail. They just seemed understaffed.

Favorite extended stay hotel in Temecula

Everything was great except until the last day not all the washers and dryers were working. Also the one elevator had a mind of its own. Other than that I love staying at this hotel. Will 100% recommend and most definitely will be staying here again.

When I tried to check in the lady at the front desk was on the rude side and insisted that we did not have a reservation. I walked outside to check the name of the hotel while scrolling through my emails. We were at the right place and when I walked back in someone else helped us. He found our reservation without delay!

One of the Best Hotels I've stayed at.

I Dont have One Complaint! My stay at Staybridge was GREAT!!! They don't charge for parking. It was Clean, The Staff was great!, It was Spacious. They had a Complimentary happy hour, I believe it was from 4pm to 7pm. Free drinks, Wine and Beer, and Complimentary food as well. All delicious!!! And the breakfast was Awesome! So Fresh and delicious! I will certainly recommend this Hotel to my family and friends. And I myself, WILL BE BACK!!! Thanks Staybridge.

Do not go here!!

Upon checking in I had to wait 20-30 minutes because the front desk clerk was arguing with a customer. I had something very important to get too and the situation caused me to be late. And she tried to talk to me about it and I was just OVERLY annoyed because I was late too my event. Upon getting inside of the room it smelt like cigarette smoke and there was hair on the towels by the sink and all over the shower floor and walls and soap bar. It was absolutely disgusting. Even hair on the bead. Was not a great stay at all. I have videos of the hair.
