The property was magnigico in every sense. There are loads of things to do at the house plus walking distance to superb wineries just down the road. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for meal preps including a well stocked spice cabinet. The pool area is great for conversations in several areas with the bar handy. I would recommend adding dimmer switches to the lights as it gets very bright and a few small tables next to the chaise lounges for placing valuables while swimming would be a nice touch. Alex was very responsive and easy to get ahold of and very amenable to work with.

Alex, the host, was very responsive to answering all my questions. Everything was spectacular: amenities, spaciousness, and cleaniness. You will not go wrong by booking this house! We had 16 girls staying at the house and everyone loved the experience!

Amazing property managed by a great host. The communication was crystal clear from the start and the host was very accommodating to changes in guests throughout the planning process. Rules are made clear and more importantly, very simple so you aren't scrambling with a million things to take care of prior to check out.I want to give Alex another shout out for his friendliness as a host. He will make it easy for you whether you have a small group or a big one.The property has everything you need and more. Pictures don't do it justice. All the amenities were what we expected.In terms of location, its walking distance, or mostly a short drive from many wineries. Alex also provides a list of his recommendations, which is important because there are so many places to choose from. Quite honestly, it was difficult to get out of the house because there were so many fun things to do just in the backyard alone.Thank you Alex for your hospitality!

Great VRBO

Great location, we walked to three wineries.The villa was very clean, kitchen had three coffee makers, host provided many ammenities. I talked to the host before making the reservation, he called when we checked in, and the next day after we checked out. Always available and ready to be helpful and answere questions. The back yard was like a resort.Our group would love to stay at the villa next year.

Perfect Place for a Bachelorette in Wine Country

The location of this house was perfect being central to most wineries (also walking distance to a few). We loved the common spaces, especially the open kitchen / living space. Definitely recommend for a large group, as the # of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect!

The Christmas House that has everything

Our family of adults ,children and grandchildren all agreedthat Villa Magificia was the best Christmas house in California that we have stayed in over the last 10 years ,The children and grandchildren in particular were so well catered for by a variety of games /sports etc (swimming , putting green etc pool ,hot tub ,pickle ball court , badmintinton court ,volleyball ,soccer ,The kitchen facilities were excellent ,the interior and exterior design were first class and there were little or no complaints from our family .The owner of the property ( Alex ) was very attentive and got back to me very quickly and sorted out any issue that was raised with him ,All in all it was a great pleasure to spend our Christmas in such a beautiful California home , Thank you Alex Kind regardsJoe Dunne

Amazing!!!

Villa Magnifica is a property with some of the most amenities I’ve ever seen! Not only was the house super clean and spacious, but the sport courts/yard/pool/hot tub were spectacular and left the group with so many activities when there was down time. The pool had some leaves, but was mostly clean and nice to dip into during the heat wave while there. One of the things I was looking for with my stay was a large dining table for a private chef meal, and the table Alex had was perfect for the occasion. There were also snacks and necessities, such as toiletries, there if we needed any Location wise, we were right in the middle of wine country which made access to the wineries very easy. In the mornings, we also saw hot air balloons in the sky from the living room windows, which was very cool. The host, Alex, was very kind and accommodating to any questions and needs. He even checked in during the trip to make sure I had everything I needed! All in all, no complaints about the house! It was beautiful and I highly recommend everyone staying here!

Unforgettable Stay

We were blown away by Villa Magnifica and Alex's hospitality. The house is spacious, clean, beautifully furnished / decorated, and has all the amenities you could possibly want for a relaxing and luxurious getaway (e.g. quality HVAC, outdoor beverage fridge, pizza oven, makeup vanities, pool floaties, outdoor heating lamps, plenty of comfy recliners, etc.). Every morning we would take a stroll to soak in the beautiful landscape surrounding the house. It is also just a walk or short uber away from Temecula's nicest wineries. Alex was very communicative and accommodating of our large group requests and made the check-in and check-out process effortless. Thanks so much for an unforgettable weekend!

Perfect for Family Reunion!

We visited Villa Magnifica for a family reunion (10 adults & 9 kides). The home was absolutely perfect for our family and everyone loved the property and amenities! We appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was as we made most of our meals at home. We loved used the pizza oven & grilling on the giant BBQs! The kids spent most of their days in the pool and bouncing between the other outdoor activities; volleyball, soccer, basketball, ping pong, giant Jenga, putting green, bocce ball…we used it all! Indoors, we enjoyed doing puzzles & playing games. Most of our extended family was visiting from Pennsylvania & we were drawn to Temecula because of the convenience to both San Diego & LA yet also different scenery than we are typically used to. We visited 6 vineyards (many recommended by the host) & loved how each one had a different personality! We played Bingo @ Peltzer, enjoyed live music @ Lorimar, Trivia @ Callaway, & enjoyed Line Dancing @ Vitagliano. So many lovely wineries within a short walk/drive! We can’t say enough good things about our Villa Magnicia. We picked it because of it’s amazing reviews and it exceeded our expectations. The host (Alex) was so attentive leading up to our stay and throughout our stay. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the upgraded showers were nice too. We are already daydreaming of our return someday!

Perfect place for a Family Reunion

We just got home from an amazing long weekend at Villa Magnifica! The place is gorgeous inside and out. We loved gathering at the large dining room table for dinner after a day of swimming. The backyard does not dissappoint -ping pong, corn hole, soccer, basketball and putting green were our favorites. Every bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan and the showers are spectacular. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need (we loved the ice maker!) and plenty of towels for pool and spa. Wineries really are close enough to walk. Thank you Alex for being a great host! We can't wait to come back!

Villa Magnifica lives up to its name.

Annually we have a family vacation reunion trip. We have had these vacations in Lake Tahoe, San Diego, Paso Robles, Boulder, Colorado, and in Turkey sailing on the Aegean Sea. Comments from family members rated VILLA Magnifica among the top three. This magnificent house is truly a mini resort. The preview photos really do not do the home justice. It was better than expected in every way. There were a couple of minor glitches that were almost instantly resolved by the host. For instance, there was a comment from my 50-year-old son-in-law That the mattress in their room was worn out. I mentioned this to the host and a new mattress was brought in within 12 hours. Just like magic. There would be no hesitation on our part to spend more time at this villa. I gave it five stars and all categories because I meant it. The host is very approachable and will answer all your questions before your visit so that you are prepared to enjoy it to the fullest. Dr J

Wedding Weekend Getaway

Myself and a group of 16-18 friends chose to stay at Villa Magnifica for a wedding taking place in Temecula. The Villa was simply stunning and accommodated all of our large group needs. The property was even better in person than it was on the listing! The outdoor space was excellent for a large group to be able to have some personal space but hang out together. The grills worked great and all of the kitchen appliances came in handy when preparing meals for a large group. It was great they had extra pool towels and propane tanks on the property as well. The fireplaces and outdoor heaters mad being outside in the evenings very comfortable. The location of the villa was also amazing. Located right in the heart of wine country with wineries in walking distance but also peaceful enough that we were not bothered by any neighborhood noise. I would recommend staying at this villa to anyone! Alex was also an unbelievable host and was very attentive answering any questions and checking in on the group. This is the best VRBO I have stayed at.

Amazing Property for Groups

This house was perfect for our family to stay in while in town to get married. The hosts were attentive and there were helpful videos for all appliances. Those rose bushes are gorgeous! Before we left there were already talks of returning to the house on a future anniversary.

Decent and Well Accommodating

The host was very communicative and the venue was just like the photos. The only issue was having to clean up the place before check out time; we did not have ample time to clean as much as we wanted! We had 20 people staying so of course we had a lot to take care of.

Truly Magnificent

About 11 of us came from various parts of the US for a reunion, and to visit a sick uncle in Murietta. Needless to say, Villa Magnifica, was the perfect place for us. The villa was spotless, the features of the home - pizza oven, bbq, fire pits, outdoor games area - were incredible, and the additional amenities - kitchen/bbq tools, sports equipment, stereo, games, makeup wipes, etc - were amazing. Alex the owner has clearly placed a lot of thought into the property to make it a source of enjoyment and refuge for guests. I could not think of a more ideal place for a joyful stay. Furthermore, Alex is a great communicator. He really wants guests to have the time of their lives. And we did! Thank you!!

Wedding stay with whole Bridal Party

First off the rules look VERY intimidating. If this is what you are thinking then I completely understand you. Talk with Alex (the host) and tell him any concerns you may have about the rules, especially if you have a large group. Alex will put your mind at ease. He is truly there to make sure your stay is perfect. Its simple really, just respect his home abd you wont have any issues with the rules. For our stay, we had 20 adults in the house! We were getting married at Vitagliano which is right behing the Villa and decided to stay in a house with our untire bridal party for a few days before and after the wedding. This means 20 adult's, males and females during a highly emotional weekend... Needless to say, I expected something to go wrong for the simple fact that its impossible to make 20 different people happy, especially when emotions are running high. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. Alex and his team are truly best in class. Any staff you may see throught the week are the kindest people ever and wont impact your stay at all. The house is over stocked with anything you could possibly think of needing and it is incredibly clean/beautiful! No one had anything negative to say, not even the 2 guys that had to sleep on the pull out couches in the game room. Everyone loved the house, especially the ease of being able to walk back and forth from the winery (our venue in this case). Villa Magnifica will forever hold a close place in our hearts. Book and I promise you wont regret it!

Wonderful place

The place was great. Clean comfortable beds. Great outdoor space. Host was very responsive. Was a great gathering space for family for wedding in temecula Only items to improve would be pickleball court (as balls don’t bounce) and so many rules for house and visitors

Great retreat getaway

We were a large party on a corporate retreat with our significant others. We had an enjoyable stay. The house was well stocked. Property manager was easily accessible. The grounds could use some upgrades. Overall, we had a really nice time and the house and amenities served our needs. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful space for family time!!

Spacious inside and fun outside. We brought two families together to celebrate the marriage of our children. It was the first time meeting some of the family members and the home provided the opportunity to play ping pong, golf, volleyball and other activities so we could bond and let out our competitive personalities. Fun was had by everyone. Beautiful pool and hot tub and good conversation areas. The house is a 10 out of 10.
