"The property itself was wonderful. Beautiful location, clean, comfortable and convenient. We stayed here twice and loved it both times. Only downside was the check-in on our 2nd visit when our room wasnt ready until 5.30pm (3.5 hours after check-in started) which left us hanging around the lobby with 2 tired toddlers which was one of the worst check-in experiences I've encountered. Although the receptionist was doing everything she could to get the room cleaned and ready ASAP, it was still completely unacceptable. We were allowed a late-check out at the very least. "

"Buffet breakfast was poor. Sausages were almost plastic, the scrambled eggs not much better. Mushrooms overcooked. Bedding was excellent, room was clean and quiet. "

"There’s a broken car in the driveway, the ramp deck is covered in mould & moss, there’s spider webs inside on the wall up near the ceiling which you look at from the bed. The room wasnt turned over until after 3.40pm and we had to sit outside and wait"

"Property was good, and close to airport and surrounding town center (restaurants, grocery stores). It appears that the property was having issues because our room was not ready (2-hrs past check-in), bags of laundry stacked everywhere, and we did not get the room that we had booked and paid for. Our unit had a washer & dryer, which was perfect for our needs. The free onsite parking was convenient. (Note: Their onsite parking is VERY limited - not enough spaces. Get there early enough to secure a spot, otherwise they will refer you down the street for PAID parking)."

"We had an amazing time during our visit to Queenstown. Our stay at the Gorgeous Mountain Views home in Jacks Point was perfect for our stay. It was nice, cozy, clean, and had all the essentials as described. Thank you so much and would definitely recommend this place for future stays. "
