Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: property was great good support from property management people garbage disposal didnt work on arrival, so I called management and it was fixed in four hrs they are every responsive to any problems

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect to experience the Villages. Centrally located with a golf cart to access all of the amenities. It was well equipped and had comfortable furnishings. Down Home provided a little starter kits in the kitchen and bathroom with necessary supplies...nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again.
