Villagers Homestyle- Come and enjoy all that the Villages has to offer in this 3 bdrm, 2 bath, designer home with privacy wall, in the sought after Village of Virginia Trace.
This house is your home away from home and includes a 2 person gas golf cart and 2 cruising bikes with helmets.
Walk to beautiful Lake Sumter Landing or take a two minute golf cart ride to enjoy all the great shops, restaurants and nightly entertainment in the square.
This home sleeps 6 and includes a master suite with a King size bed, 40" smart TV, a walk-in closet and a master bath with dbl sinks and walk-in shower. A separate guest suite on the other side of the living area includes bdrm #2 with a Queen size bed, bdrm #3 with twin beds and a guest bath.
Your stay includes all linens, bath and pool towels, hair dryers and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The kitchen includes a breakfast nook and there is also a separate dining area.
There is a separate laundry room with a front load washer and dryer, a two car garage and a screened in Lanai that is furnished with comfortable cushioned patio furniture and a dining table. A gas grill is also provided.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable reclining leather furniture, a love seat and a 60'" smart TV that has a full cable package, with DVR. Internet and wifi are also included.
This home is close to several pools, golf courses and recreational centers where you will enjoy tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, billiards and meeting rooms for clubs and activities. Come enjoy the 40 executive golf courses, where your golfing is included with your $50 Resident ID's.
There are also 12 championship golf courses that are accessible for an additional fee.***there is no landline phone at this home, a cell phone is required

This house checked all of the boxes for my wife and I. Clean, spacious, amazing location & a great golf car! Lisa was very quick at getting our check in info to us well before our arrival. Great communication during our stay & this was during Hurricane Helene. No issues! The house is well stocked with flashlights & extra batteries! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Lake Sumter Landing Location

The listing accurately details the property and the manager was very good at communication. We used the bikes more than the golf cart due to the short distance to the square. The step-through bike has a small frame for under 5'4" passengers. The bikes are one-speeds. There is a pool one minute away by bike. Pickleball is 5 minutes by bike. We would stay here again. A+!

Lisa was an amazing host and the house was even better. The cleanliness, amenities, and location were top notch. We were a 5 min golf cart right to Lake Sumter (About 2 minutes by car). We used the neighborhood pool everyday. If you are looking for a great 3 bedroom house, local to Lake Sumter, I highly recommend this property.

The Villages

We had a wonderful time. The Villages has a lot to do. The house and the neighborhood pool were very nice. All of the “Villages” area was nice. We enjoyed the outdoor live music at the town square too. We look forward to coming back again.
