Overall good. The hotel needs a bit of refining: the written guide has many incoherence, so needs revision. The room was okay, a bit deceived by the reality of it! Water fountains need care: there was mold on them… Also, careful because everything (except towels) has a fee!

Court séjour de détente

Bel hôtel avec une chambre très grande et belle vue sur le lac. Il manque toutefois un évier (section cuisine) qui pourrait être fort utile et aussi quelques accessoires, ex: grille pain et ustensiles. En avril, il y a peu d'activité offerte, c'est probablement pour ça que lors de notre enregistrement ils nous ont donnée aucune information sur les services de l'hôtel. C'est probablement préférable d'y aller en pleine saison (ex: été ou hiver) pour profiter des différentes possibilités. A essayer au moins 1 fois!

Manque d’entretien total

Chambre sale, l’aspirateur n’avait visiblement pas été utilisé. Le loquet pour la porte d’entrée est défectueux donc impossible de verrouiller la porte. Des traces de couleur douteuse sur les murs, portes et interrupteurs. De long cheveux trouvé un peu partout au sol, dans le lit, baignoire et salle de bain. Le seul point positif fut les membres de la réception qui sont tres efficace.
