The experince was not good. The shower and the sink was not not properly maintained...did not had any water pressure in the shower....and sink has issue with water flusing out....complaint to change the room but the response was this is the only room available. We book the stay on website and the building we stayed is the old annex building not the main building. The annex building is old and not as good as I expected. But the main building is newer and looks nicer so my review is only related the annex building.

They have two properties under the same name/banner of Econo Lodge. The main hotel is more like 3 star hotel. The other property 100 metres down the road is an old roadside motel. First time guests like me are blindsided by being told to drive/walk over to the other property when I thought i had booked a room at the hotel. Totally scam-type operation. In the room: 1) clock-radio was not even plugged into the wall outlet 2) Even the table lamp was not plugged in. The cord was just lying on the floor. How does the room service staff miss something like this. At the breakfast bar, juice and coffee thermos were both empty. Had to walk over to the front desk to ask someone to refill I called the front desk a dozen times. No one picks up, and a couple of time when they do, they put you on hold without answering. What a horrible place to stay for even one night. NEVER AGAIN

We arrived a bit early while travelling home from a trip to Nova Scotia from Ontario. We were kindly given a different room that was clean and ready for us, which we really appreciated. The room is very clean and the price was very good for our one night stopover. Several restaurants are very close by, and gas stations are around the corner for us to get back on the road in the morning!

Clean large rooms Nice shower and tub with plenty of hot water. Staff were very friendly. Great place to stay with a dog plenty of choice for breakfast however something hot like eggs would be nice.Just off the trans Canada highway and close to a Shell gas station Definitely would stay again

Chambre propre, mais service exécrable. On avait un "bip" aux 30 secondes qui provenait de la piÚce voisine (un débarras? avec un détecteur qui avait besoin dun changement de batterie?), une ado boudeuse à la réception s'en foutait éperdument. On a passé le weekend avec ce bip infernal malgré 3 avertissements. On nous disait qu'ils n'avaient pas accÚs à cette piÚce... En plus carte magnétique qui ne fonctionnait pas. Au déjeuner il fallait courir aprÚs l'employée pour avoir du service : plus de café, manque de lait, etc. Le tout sans jamais s'excuser bien sûr!

We stayed in the motel section a little away from lobby and during rain storm not convenient to ice and beverages. Took me an hor to figure out the tv but i finally found 1 channel with sound. Bed was super comfy. Thanks for our port in the storm.

Breakfast was bad. Toast or cereal. Coffee in room- bad. Shower- newly re-modeled but very slippery. Room, hallways, exterior could use a remodel. I didn't expect much from an Econo Inn, but it should have been better.
