Asked for an early check in, did not get an answer prior to our arrival. Waited about 45 kinutes for our room, which is not bad. Couldn't get more pillows, poor service from front desk at night. Called the front desk to get some pillows l, got put on hold for 15 minutes, never got answered so I went directly to the front desk, no one was there. The girl finally appeared, she was having lunch in the back

When we arrived, there was only one clerk available, so the check-in process was very long. I specifically asked for an upper room, but the only studios were on the second floor, so we heard the loud music from the interior amusement centre until 9:00pm in our room. The rooms are not sound proof. The pool was overcrowded and very noisy. Hotel should be more staffed and guests should be warned about the noise.

The breakfast is only cheese and eggs and some times no eggs very cheap breakfast They don’t clean the room every day I pay 520$ and it very expensive for this bad service

Nous avons obtenu la chambre vers 18 heures au lieu de 17 heures.il n'y avait pas de savon pour la douche. le déjeuner est froid les tables sales. le personnel son venu cogné a 8 heures le matin et nous a reveiller. heureusement le personel on été très gentil mais le reste est pas une belle experience
