walked all day in old Quebec and rented this hotel PRIMARILY for the hot tub to recover. was actually really upset. the steam room wouldn't get hot enough. pool was nice, did 8 laps and went to the rooms shower/bath. drove across seaway for this hotel. 😭

The room I booked is a non smoking one , however when we opened the door, it was smelling cigarette, i went immediately at the reception to notify them , they reception advised me to call expedia to be able to change room, tried calling 3 times but each time stating long waiting queue The problem is when we booked a room on this site n choose the room , we selected based on what was available, now if the room smells cigarette y should customers call expedia to have this resolved Please do engage with the hotel regarding same, after long arguments they call the property manager to ve this fixed And provided a room which was convenient with no cigarette smoke

Staff went above and beyond. The hotel is just off busy highway and very noisy. We had several issues with our room which were properly addressed but the hotel vibe was poor quality and we did not stay the full booked time.

Vraiment bien comme hôtel nous avons adoré. Le seul côté un peu plate cest que cetait littéralement rempli d'enfants incontrôlable laisser lousse par leur parents. Mais ce nest pas la faute de l'hôtel mais des parents. Nous nous sommes littéralement fais prendre en hotage dans l'ascenseur pas des enfants qui pesais sur tout les pitons 😆

Every aspect exceeded our expectations. The ambience, the room, the spacious corridors, the pool area, the service - everything. Concierge Alex was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to converse in French as much as possible. Everyone is fluent in English but patient and kind and appreciative if you attempt to speak in their first language.
