I Didnt enter the Gym but I overheard someone saying its like being at his home gym which seemed to be a plus.. The Room was clean. I was able to vist several shopping malls and plazas

We always stay at this hotel because is easy, convenient and closed to the border ,costumer service is usually great, we had few incidents on this trip tho, housekeeping just walk into our room because she assumed we had checked out even though we had one more night to go, at night we receive a call asking what time we were checking out because they were conducting a survey something they could do when you check in or check out , no need to call at night to figure that out. I love this hotel is usually my first choice when in TJ but they do need more communication when it comes to walking into a room without notice because they just think nobody is there.

Everything was fine; the only issue we had is that every time the elevator arrives at the floor, it makes a sound that can be heard inside the room. One night, around 3:00 a.m., the elevator sounded more than three times, and the next day at 6:00 a.m. it happened again. If it were possible to silence that sound, make it softer, or even change the doors of the rooms, it would make the stay much more pleasant.
