This resort is amazing! The staff are unbelievably trained in service. The property is gorgeous with all kinds of amenities. I can’t speak any more highly of this resort. The staff was very friendly, the rooms beautiful and the exterior gorgeous. Despite it being a bit chilly out, we even got to enjoy the heated pool/ hot tub. I highly recommend a stay at this resort and just wish I spent more time there so I could enjoy the spa.

A grand, beautiful and tastefully appointed property. Lovely grounds and view of the lake. The staff was very welcoming and happy to cater to guest requests. Our room was very comfy with robes and complimentary snacks The bar was comfortable and popular. All in all, a very special place.

Truly a step above every other hotel we have ever been to. The building itself is a marvel, found myself just hanging out looking at all the nooks and antiques they had displayed. Pool was exquisite overlooking Winnisquam. Hot tubs both very hot and very clean. The whole place was class. Dinner was amazing, sea bass and I had the ribeye. Perfection. A perfect night away from the kids.

Everything and every employee was great. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable person. The entire staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and to be helpful. The grounds were very impressive. The lake is beautiful. I can’t wait to go back in the summer.

Absolutely stunning property! The only small hiccups were that there wasn’t someone actually stationed at the front desk at all times. Anytime I passed or went up to it, they were doing other things (work related like down at the door or elevator) that took them away from it. So I would stand around looking like hello anyone here? I know this is their first summer open, we went to the pool and at around 4pm is when they finally staffed it for drinks and food. I think for the summer time, there should always be someone staffed regardless if it’s a weekend or not. Everything was very clean, very quiet and more adults around than kids.
