Fantastic stay at this APA hotel. Very close to Haneda airport and Shinagawa station. You have two choices of major stations to ride: Kamata and Keikyu-Kamata. The former is busier than the latter. Shops and dining options abound the area, and more entertainment options near the Kamata area. The hotel is great and clean. Staff are polite, efficient, and very attentive. They can communicate well enough, and more complicated requests and inquiries they (and you should too) will use a translation app to help you as much as they can. Kudos to the the front desk for helping with all my requests like luggage transfer. A few things we would've liked better: the rooms can get a bit dusty. A bit more thorpigh cleaning of vents and such would be appreciated, but it is not deal-breaking. Second, the breakfast options are a bit limited. Staying multiple nights and having the breakfast option, they can get a bit tiring. Some variety would be great, but for what is in the menu - the food has been fantastic and filling. Cheers to the restaurant staff for being so attentive as well. Thank you so much for having us, and if I get a chance to stay in the Kamata area again, I would definitely pick this APA hotel once more.

I did not like the time of check in .If the check out is at 10 AM the check in should also be early not at 3pm because ,guests that had a long trip need to freshen up and change clothes comfortably or rest for at least a couple of hours. It is not even 24 hours you pay.

We stay at this hotel every time we stop by Tokyo before we go back home. It's like our home in Japan. Hope the management can keep it clean like before. The room smell bad when we checked in. Overall is clean, but its time to have some deep cleaning especially the toilet and shower room floor.

We enjoyed the amenities and the location near the Keikyu Kamata Station. So much restaurants to try around the area, Grocery store and Don quiote next to station. Staff was excellent throughout our 10 day stay
