We booked APA sugamo for the Onsen & location. Location is great, easy access by JR. Onsen pretty basic, no frills. Room size smaller then we expected as we booked twin beds and expect it to be bigger

We’ve stayed here many times before, but this time the room was smaller, toilet was extremely tight and our internet was connected but wouldn’t work. It kept saying check your modem and router and try again! The prices have gone up on this property so next time we will check around at other options as well.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel with my family. The hotel is near to the JR Yamanote line 5mins walk. I like the area is it is very local there is a shopping Street and lots of small local shops selling a variety of things.

Nice clean room near station

Nice rooms, good location an onsen in building made for a pleasant stay. Rooms are small, which is mormal for Tokyo. Good size TV, bathroom a little cramped but functional.
