The cleanliness of the room was great.Room service cleaning always left the room spotless and help when I left the room in a mess and put my thing neat and organized. Front desk was helpful and patience with me even if they don’t know English. Overall experience was amazing and the location was great.

Hotel just next to JR station easy for transportation. Not many dining restaurants in nearby area so you have to go other area for food. No supermarket nearby but have some convenience stores so still okay for snack and drink. Room size is okay for two person and cleaniness is okay also. Breakfast set coupons provided to go to Denny at hotel second floor.

This was my wife and I’s first trip to Japan and staying here made it very easy and welcoming. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and treated us very well. There’s a Dennys downstairs on the second floor conveniently located for breakfast, and the Komagome station was right there as well. It was perfect!
