A beautiful hotel with art galleries on many floors -- we loved that!! Staff is excellent, and breakfast is also very good! You can take an elevator down to the subway station under the building. Many Tokyo sites are walkable. The hotel lobby is amazing on its own! We were very pleased with our stay there!!

Great property to stay at while exploring Tokyo. Sunways close by with one directly outside of hotel. Walkable to gardens/tea ceremony. Beautiful lobby with glass view overlooking the city. Staff were lovely and attentive. Concierge booked us a blowout when we we’re struggling with Japanese on line reservations and typed us up directions/details😊. Would definitely return. Ps. All the art is beautiful too.

Amazing Hotel

Great hotel. Amazing views, comfort, cleanliness, and above all the exceptional service. Location was very good as well, very accessible to Shimbashi station with JR, the Tokyo Metro and the Shidome Line. Things to improve: 1. Sound proofing needs improvement for the windows. Can get a bit annoying if you are facing the train station like I was 2. Breakfast buffet options could include more options

Good hotel. Room wasn't large, but clean and comfortable. There was some noise from the trains constantly passing. They weren't loud and I didn't notice them during the day, but I could hear them during the night if I woke. Nice restaurants in the hotel and a short walk to shops and alternative dinning.

The staff was incredibly attentive, warm and made our stay great. The rooms were underwhelming for the rate. We appreciated that we were ginza adjacent but the staff is really the only special element in this hotel oh… and the views, of course.
