Reception desk/concierge employees as well as housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were exceptional. Having the hotel host art works on display is a very nice touch. I can't think of anything that I don't like about Park Hotel Tokyo. I'm very pleased that the government's response to the pandemic didn't ruin your business. Congratulations on staying in business. I'll be back soon.

Art is on display and for sale on all floors of the hotel, including the lobby area. It is a hotel with an art gallery in it. I like that about the hotel. What I didn't like about the hotel and this point is in no way their fault...COVID rules and Japan's draconian limits on visitors killed off a fine restaurant and bakery in the building in which Park Hotel leases hotel space. Overall, Park Hotel Tokyo is a fine hotel for price, accomodations and service.
