We had a great stay here! If you are looking for something practical and affordable, this is a great option. The breakfast was delicious and had western options available as well - though we tried the Japanese style breakfast and loved it! Amenities in the hotel room and lobby are very nice too. The hotel is very clean and peaceful, in a quiet area too.

2 person room was huge! So much space to open luggage and the beds were twin beds. Bathroom was good and it’s in a quieter part of Hamamatsucho which was nice. I’d 1000% stay here again.

Could not get a bag of tea from breakfast to my room for later, couldn’t fill my water bottle using theirs in breakfast time either - not sure if this’s a rule or not but just funny as I paid for breakfast and it’s not like I am bringing bunch of food for later (just a tea bag/water).
