Overall a good experience for our last night in Tokyo. Lots of restaurants and a Lawson market inside. Great location near Tokyo Tower. Polite staff that speaks passable English.

I enjoyed my time here, and it is closed to alot of train stations so easy to get around. The room is a bit old but still clean. However, some staffs are not very welcoming, maybe due to the language barrier. Overall still a good place.

I loved the scent of the hotel as soon as we walked in—the cleanliness of the staff in their uniforms. The hotel offers complimentary amenities, including full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand and face wash. I loved having a view of Tokyo Tower from my hotel window. The size of the room was perfect for my husband and me. The best thing was having a Lawson on the B1 floor. We were able to buy snacks and exchange currency for yen. I highly recommend this hotel.

This stately hotel is located at the foot of Tokyo Tower... convenient to subway stations. Everyone on their hotel staff is professional and courteous. Tokyo Prince Hotel had the best breakfast buffet of ALL the hotels we visited in Japan! They have both an extensive selection of Western breakfast items (including made-to-order omelets) and Japanese breakfast staples, like porridge and udon. Their salad and fresh fruit selection was very good as well.

Not the best start experience in this hotel. If you traveling from another country you will arrived tired the room was ready a couple hours before check in but we have to pay almost half price of one night in order to get it, they know this and I think they take advantage of the customers. staff was friendly but not like in the other hotels stayed in Tokyo that is why I only give 3 stars, they have many rules like not using your phone in the restaurant or not eating even a sweet in the lobby while you’re waiting. They have all kind of free amenities by the reception. Hotel is beautiful and breakfast buffet was good, but after 3 days you get tired eating the same.
