Room smelled musty indoor pool was so cold you could not get into it hot tub was cold and no idea how to turn it on . Went to the front desk to ask for creamers for coffe said there was none . There was a few in the coffe packets. Apparently she did not no that. Said there was a bar and a restaurant on premises and there was none

First night there was a little loud from guests upstairs but other than that our stay wad great. Got to see the unexpected bear in the dumpster. Hopefully next time we can stay longer than 2 days

Great location just outside the Smoky Mountains, with a beautiful drive along the river in morning on the way to Clingmans Dome. We loved the comfortable queen beds, nicely decorated room, and hot shower. It was clean overall, though the bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner. The pool area looked nice, and the breakfast area was simple but pleasant. Staff were very friendly and polite. We’d definitely stay here again!

Room key wouldn't open door. Had to spend 2 of the 3 days we were there waiting for maintenence to be able to get back in after exploring the area. Front desk was very little help, and didn't offer any type of discount for the extreme inconvenience. Hotel had great potential too. Wish there was more to do outside of swimming

We had a problem the second day where the door wouldn’t open went to the office for new key back to the room didn’t work again went back to office she got man’s man finally came and fixed the lock my husband had to go to the bathroom he had to go in the woods due to long wait to fix door also main door needs fixed as it sticks

The check in was terrible! Check in time was 4:00 but we could not check in until 9:45 pm and one of our 3 rooms air conditioning didn’t work. I feel that we should be refunded a substantial part of one day’s room cost for each of the three rooms and the full refund for the night the air conditioner did not work!

Nice relaxing, easy stay!

Older couple with a grandkid stayed 4 nights. I loved this place! A great location for access to the National Park & Cades Cove. The room was clean, quiet, and had a private little deck. The grounds are so pretty! And THREE pools. The parking was easy. Breakfast was quickly restocked when something ran out. The only thing that bothered me was the toilet was so close to the wall / paper roll. But after a day, I got used to it. Any employee we dealt with was very friendly.

I’d Give Tremont More Than Five 🌟

First time at the Tremont Resort and we absolutely loved it! The rooms are very nice, the resort amenities are numerous and every one is very nice. The location really couldn’t be better and the views are amazing. The only downside are the breakfast choices.

Overall a nice stay and Townsend has some great places to eat. Lovely property and a recently refurbished sleeping area. That being said, the a/c did not work properly, so our room was cool, but very humid, making it clammy and a little unpleasant at night in our room. Location was great. We really wanted to avoid Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and this was perfect for us and to still see a lot of the park.
