Situated halfway between Como and Menaggio, its location is the perfect base for easily exploring all the surrounding areas of the lake.

The apartment consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is a bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom, on the upper level we have an open-plan kitchen with living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.

There is the possibility of parking the car a few metres from the apartment in public car parks.
