"Everything was more than perfect , the property is very modern. Breakfast was more than perfect as well, and the room service food was 10/10 as well. All thanks to the manager of the restaurant Mr. Zulkuf. the staff were very friendly and made us feel like home, all thanks to Mr. Emrah for making this trip a very successful and enjoyable. Mr. Ibrahim at the reception was very welcoming too. Moreover, I highly recommend this hotel for business and relaxation purposes for being in a very quiet area next to a few malls. However it may not be very suitable for tourism purposes since its not close to metro stations. But that does not affect the quiet, safe environment and nice views this hotel brings. "

I’ve stayed here a few times however, this time was the first time they actually started taking plates off of the tables while people were still eating, which I thought was a little bit impolite Simply because the clock struck 1030. I understand taking away the buffets but to take away individual people’s plate simply because it’s 1030. I thought was not very classy."

The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, with a shopping mall just across the street, easily accessible via a safe pedestrian overpass, and the metro station is only a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice city view. Whenever we needed anything—like extra towels or amenities—room service was prompt and efficient. We did not use the dining facilities. Overall, this hotel offers great value, modern amenities, and a strategic location. Would definitely recommend for both business and leisure travelers."
