The apartment of 53 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful residence of Golfe Juan. The couple of guards has an office at the entrance. Wifi in the apartment AVAILABLE.
Access to the residence and the garden is totally secure and private.
You enter the apartment directly in the living room dining room of 28 m2, with a big cupboard, a sofa bed 2 places as well as 2 armchairs all leather, a dining room in cherry, a flat screen TV, a hifi MP3 player.
All rooms overlook the 15 m2 terrace where you can admire the flower garden all year round and maintained every week by a landscaping team.
On the right you will see the sea.
The kitchen faces the entrance is independent, you will find oven - microwave - refrigerator - vitroceramic hotplates - coffee machine - dishwasher - toaster, as well as all necessary crockery.
To the left of the entrance is the toilet, the bathroom with shower / bathtub - 2 washbasins and washing machine.

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines ! Appartement très agréable et conforme à la description avec une superbe terrasse ! Equipements impeccables. Tout pour se sentir comme chez soi. Très bien situé avec bus devant la résidence pour aller à Antibes, Cannes, Vallauris, Juan-Les-Pins… et proches des commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Catherine qui était présente si besoin et avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire Mr Michel Colle. Nous y retournerons !! Merci ! - Séjour fin août - début septembre 2023

Appartement conforme, à notre attente, idéal pour faire des balades entre Canne et Nice. Les rues devant l'immeuble sont un peu bruyantes, passage obligé entre Antibes et Canne.
