Oasis with Heated Saltwater Pool, Pond with Ducks & Koi, Large Yard & King Suite

This place has it all! Situated on a double lot one is the house/pool and the other is a small nature preserve. Peace & Quiet. Enjoy the private saltwater pool and pond stocked with ducks, koi, and pan fish. You will not find a similar property as this house. Newly renovated home. Everything new. French doors open to the screened pool yard. Saltwater pool. Hanging chairs, covered dining area with Bluetooth speakers. This covered Lanai has a 250 square foot custom mosaic of an underwater scene. You walk out of the screened pool deck to a connected lot with a large pond and beautiful landscaping. A large deck allows you to BBQ and eat while you watch or even feed the resident ducks , Koi fish, and smaller panfish.

The inside features marble countertops, upgraded appliances, custom tile, vaulted ceilings with mechanical skylights, large flatscreens, Bluetooth speaker sound system, the list goes on. Extra attention to detail is evident at every turn. :)

This home features a complete Master Suite, with a private shower. There are two additional bedrooms, one that doubles as a den.

Sebastian has several waterfront restaurants and bars, boat ramps, and walking paths. It is also within an hour of Orlando Airport, Disney, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Water Parks, Botanical Gardens, Riverside (and others) Theater, Vero Art Center, Brevard Zoo, and the list goes on and on.... not to mention the great fishing!

Pretty Paradise

This home has everything: pool, pond with coi, ducks, various birds, lovely yard. Quiet neighborhood and a great location to stores and restaurants. Home has a great layout, divided floor plan for bedrooms. We had a wonderful vacation visiting family and friends.

The house was really nice, and the pool and outside area was wonderful. The pond was cool and the ducks were really funny, we had fun feeding them peas and boy do they love peas!!! The neighborhood is safe and really nice for taking walks. Kathy was a great host and we would love to stay here again.

Family vacation at Kathy’s Flamingo Lounge

Let me start by saying I could not have asked for anything more! All you need is a tooth brush and clothing to enjoy yourself. Pool was magnificent. House decor meticulously furnished. Beds soooo comfortable. Ducks to feed in the pond. We came with our son and had the most comfortable enjoyable time. I would recommend 100 out of 100.

Tropical serenity

This is our second time staying at this home and it is always so relaxing. My only complaint is that the pool area which needed to be cleaned up a little bit. They were leaves in the gutter which dripped onto the tile. The chair pads needed to be replaced. The house inside was lovely. We did love the pool and lanai very much, but just needs to be cleaned up more before guest come in.

Oasis is correct!

We had a great time at this property, everything was working well and as described. The highlight being the 'Florida room', quite large, quiet neighborhood, great pool. For wildlife lovers, don't miss the TM Goodwin waterfowl management area - just a short drive from this home.

Relaxation with the comforts of home

We booked this home during the week of the Grant Seafood Festival which has been a traditional visit for us and my brother and sister-in-law. The location for the festival as well as local Sebastian and Vero Beach restaurants was perfect. The extra bonus was the heated pool, the pond with koi and ducks and the well furnished and and supplied home of all the needed amenities. Walking our dog through the neighborhood was a pleasure - quiet streets and friendly neighbors. We recommend staying here and will consider a return visit.

Perfect Escape

The property offers every comfort of home and more. The private pool and its surrounding lanai, side yard and duck pond provide opportunities to disconnect from the stresses of life and escape with nature and tranquility. There are beautiful rivers, lakes and beaches within minutes as well as many great restaurants and stores for all. We enjoyed this cozy home with pool. Communication with host was great! Kathy was very accommodating and added a crib to home for us. We enjoyed the pool daily and plenty of seating and pool was larger than pictures. We will be back!

Fabulous retreat
