"This is our second time staying here. Its proximity to the Arena and Piazza Bra can’t be beat. There is a Pam grocery store to the right a couple of blocks. If you continue to the Main Street and go right there is the best coffee shop and bakery - Barini. In the opposite direction (and on the right and then left onto the Main Street) are a great collection of cheaper restaurants and some great pizza at Bella Napoli Verona. The hosts give great recommendations. We checked in late and it was very easy to follow the instructions to let ourselves in. You do need WhatsApp but it is very common in Europe for communication. They cleaned all areas every day, provided large water bottles, cookies, coffee and tea choices in the common area. The bath and shower were super clean and our room had a little balcony. Your bath is private thoughts e external to your room. (Another common thing in older buildings.) Ours had a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet and bidet with towels that we clean and fluffy. They are very friendly and the a/c worked which was great in the heat. Would recommend."

"The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet, with a good shower (over the bath). The hotel is in an excellent location, perfectly situated for visiting many of the historical locations in the area. The staff were all so polite and helpful and the chilled welcome drinks were a nice touch. There was a good choice for the breakfast buffet and this could be eaten inside or outside. I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"Amazing apart-hotel in the center of Verona, minutes from Juliet’s House. Everything brand-new, comfortable, quiet, elevator, safe, strong AC (heat wave must have) and WiFi. Staff were super friendly. Large bathrooms and lots of space to spread out. We were able to store luggage after checking out and the they arranged for a taxi for us. I would stay there again!"
