Check in and check out was easy. Convenient location with free parking right outside. Connected to a restaurant with good food and super friendly staff. Location was safe and close to everything in Esparanza. Room was basic but AC worked great. We would stay here again.

My family and I loved being conveniently close to all of our activities. We were within walking distance to the meet up location for our Bioluminescent tour & the best restaurant/bars in Esperanza. Internet connection was great and the room was really comfortable. The room seemed clean at first glance but the floor & bathroom were filthy.

Great location

A location could not have been better with several restaurants within walking distance. The host could have communicated better. I was confused about parking and when I asked a question I never received a response. The room was very clean and was exactly what we needed with beds, air conditioning and a shower.

Check in could have been better

Host never answered when we asked where we could leave our luggage,as previously mentioned, when we arrived via ferry so that was completely ignored. Was eager to check into the place after a long day at the beach only to arrive to our lock box and there be no key. This definitely got frustrating as we needed the key to open the gates once our excursion was done as it would be done late. Took a while for host to return message and spoke with a travel agent to speak to the owner. She was not the nicest as there was a lot of attitude when spoken to regarding a key only to realize it in fact was in their LOCKED box NOT ours. Overall not bad for what you’re paying but absolutely horrible check in. Should definitely make sure keys are properly placed in their spot prior to hosting guests next time :)
