CLOSE WINDOWS âą Please keep all windows and doors closed to keep insects from entering the home. Our home is in a tropical environment. NO SMOKING âą No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. âą Violations may result in a cleaning fee and cancellation. NO PETS âą No pets allowed. âą Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS âą No parties, events, or large gatherings. âą Guest limit must not exceed 10 people. âą If you are planning a celebration, a Clubhouse is available for rent through the Homeowners Association (contact host to reserve). âą Clubhouse amenities include a swimming pool and gym, included for registered guests only. âą Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
