This 1,233 sq ft condo sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds, plus a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and all the comforts of home. Enjoy resort-style living with access to heated community pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities, and complimentary beach gear including chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella to maximize your island adventures. Relax on your private patio or balcony, stay connected with free WiFi, and take advantage of world-class dining, shopping, and water sports like snorkeling, surfing, and whale watching right at your doorstep.

HOT TUB Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke and vape free property. No smoking or vaping allowed on the premises
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to a local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
