Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses). Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the driveway. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Halii Kai 13A is located in Building 13 at Halii Kai. There are stairs to the entrance of the condo.  This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Everything we needed more!! The space was perfect for 2 couples or a couple and 1 or 2 kids or guests. Easy check-in & out. Neighborhood is immaculate and so was the condo. It’s also thoughtfully stocked with beach and everyday living items. AC was great, parking is easy, and this unit is close to the pool & fitness center. The lanai is wonderful - we watched whales from it! All in all a great stay!

Nice Place To Stay on the Big Island

The unit was well appointed, clean, and convenient. The view from the lanai was very nice. When we weren’t out snorkeling at one of the nearby beaches, we spent most of our time at the unit on the lanai. The first morning we saw at least 50 dolphins playing in the ocean just off the rocks in front of the unit. It was a great way to start our vacation!

OUTSTANDING

This is an outstanding place to stay. This may be the single best unit in the entire complex because of it's proximity to the pool area and the incredible view of the ocean. The pool area is much more than just a pool area. Pool, bar and restaurant (outstanding food) are direct ocean front. The unit is clean, has well-appointed kitchen, lots of beach gear very comfortable beds and wicked water pressure in showers. (Which matters after a day at the beach) We will definitely look to re book this unit in the future. Easily a 5 star place to stay

Great Villa

Very nice appointed unit in a very quiet development. This unit is at the far end of the property and therefore one of the units in the development that have the best ocean view. Also it’s right next door to the club (pool and workout facilities). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend !

11 Days In Paradise!

Our family of 5 spent 11 nights in this beautiful slice of paradise. This condo truly has it all!! The VIEW is amazing. Every night we sipped drinks on our personal lanai and we grilled up amazing food right on the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked, great Sub Zero refrigerator and had all your basic needs. It was wonderful to have a turn key beach set up! They provided 4 chairs, cooler, and food bag. It made beach days so easy! We would love to stay in this unit in the future! Truly a special spot! Nothing beats this view!

Exactly what we were looking for. Amazing ocean and sunset views. Great layout and felt right at home. All the amenities we needed, including a well stocked kitchen since we like to cook, and beach gear for our excursions. Highly recommend!

Whales are here

We watched whales from the lanai! Beach club and wading pool are awesome. People running it are awesome. Golfing was excellent, and courses are in great shape. Snorkel beaches are a short drive away (you could probably walk but why?). Great sunsets and we just had a very nice time.

This unit is spectacular! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My partner and I enjoyed drinking coffee on the lanai every morning with unobstructed views of the ocean. The location next to the Ocean Club was also a huge perk with the pool and restaurant so close. Would definitely return for a longer vacation to the same property. Amazing Views

We had an amazing stay at Hali’i Kai! My daughter said it best when she said that the pictures don’t do the condo justice. The patio was my favorite place to have a meal, drink my morning coffee or just sit and watch the water. The beach towels/equipment came in much handier than I thought also. There are so many great things to say about our stay. When we were looking at the listing prior to booking, I had a concern about noise since it was right next to the Ocean Club. The location was a huge positive since we didn’t get any noise and were so close! Thank you for sharing your home, it was a great time.

HALI'I KAI

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the unit. It was great for my husband and I and our daughter and her husband. The view was unobstructed as we were right overlooking the ocean. The unit was incredibly furnished with kitchen appliances and I think we used most of them. The rice cooker and crock pot were really nice to have! We ate several times at the cafe at the club there and enjoyed the pool, although they could provide some more shade by the pool chairs. There was really only 1 or 2 chairs that got any shade at all. It kept us away from the pool in midday. The pool itself is beautifully landscaped . Our son in law and daughter played golf several times on the courses there and the discount was appreciated. They also played on other courses nearby. We went to several beaches, A-Bay, Hapuna, Mauna Lani and others , all not more than 10 minutes away. The Hula shows at the Queen's Marketplace were a hit and the group is very good. We shopped at the Queens and Kings Shops and they were all very close by. We did hit some cultural spots toward Kona...the National Park sites are amazing. We enjoyed the Summer Palace tour in Kona and the various farmer's markets. It was an amazing visit and we found the Waikoloa area very convenient. I would recommend this unit , especially for adults or small family.
