Enjoy our remodeled 2 bedroom condo conveniently located close to the resort pool and Pavilion. This condo is well equipped and used exclusively for guests. It is a corner unit located on the ground floor with easy access from the reserved parking space. Also, we are just a short walk to Anaehoomalu Beach (A Bay), Lava Lava Beach Club, Kings Shops, Queens Marketplace and world-class golf. Come visit and enjoy your morning coffee on our quiet lanai surrounded by the lush tropical hawaiian landscape.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this property. We stayed for 9 nights. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and a small grocery store. The property was very well equipped and wonderfully comfortable. I would recommend a stay here.

Everything about this rental experience was excellent. David was very responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. The condo was beautiful with quality finishes and high end amenities. The beach gear was in very good condition and all you would need was provided. The condo was ideally located on the property: 1st floor with parking, pool, trash bins, gym, and grills just steps away. There was not another unit that was closer to all of these features. Waikoloa is also centrally located to allow easy access to all parts of the Big Island. We will definitely be coming back anytime we return to Hawaii.

Wonderful Waikoloa Stay

Spent a very relaxing week at this Waikoloa Beach condo, location is great with access to the beach a short walk away and lots of shops and restaurants available in the Kings and Queens shops, also walking distance away. The condo is very modern and well-appointed and we really appreciated the beach gear, was a nice surprise not to need to rent any snorkel gear. Lastly, communication with the property owner was excellent and they do a great job or providing information on the condo itself as well as recommendations in the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

Stunning Condo in Waikoloa Resort!

A beautiful, well-appointed condo with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay on the Kohala coast! Outstanding attention to detail by our hosts, Lisa and Dave. Kitchen amenities second to none. Loved the beach gear, incredibly helpful, as were the insulated bags/ice blocks for trips to Costco . Our new favorite in Waikoloa Resort. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay in Waikoloa

This is one of the best rentals we've had and the owners have been helpful and responsive with all our queries. The location is great, both within the Vista complex, as well as in Waikoloa. Within the complex, you're close to the entrance, the pool, and the grills, so you can quickly get to wherever you need. The units are well designed to give you privacy while you're using the lanai area, which is large and well furnished. Within Waikoloa, you're in walking distance of the shops, as well as of the shoreline and the Hilton. Inside the apartment, the kitchen is well furnished, the bathrooms are fully equipped, and extra power/usb outlets are on every nightstand. The dining room table is great for playing cards or a board game and the living room addresses TV needs. We had a great time here and we'd love to get back.

No reservations giving this a five star review. Condo was spacious for our family of four, extremely well equipped kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Lots of board games. Also had beach chairs, towels and beach tote. Lanai is 20 meters from the pool. It was all great. I'd also say communication with owner was superb, as they were friendly, prompt, and helpful.

Quiet and beautiful

Remodeled and furnished nicely. All the amenities of home with some personal touches. The owners are friendly and very helpful. There is a welcome book/other books that explains the area (history and to-dos). The pool was beautiful and having pool/beach gear for our use was nice too. Hope to stay here again!

The property and the area of Waikoloa are great. The beach situation at the resort was my only disappointment. However, In my opinion, the state park beaches which are less than 15 minutes north and south of the resort are the best beaches on the island. This condominium owner thought of everything within the unit. There is even a step stool under the sink in the front bathroom for little people to be able to brush their baby teeth. The owner ensures that seasonings are availalable, that you have some nice snacks when you arrive, and cold bottled water in the refrigerator. Again, a class act. My wife insists that I duplicate the kitchen with its quartz counter and European white lacquer soft close cabinets. Wow! the air conditioning was wonderful after a day of baking in the glorius Kona sun. Your assigned parking place 35 feet from the front door is another great feature. I could go on... Bravo!

Amazing Condo

Don’t miss staying at this amazing condo. They have thought of everything you might need while on vacation to help you feel at home. We were able to make meals at home in the fully stocked kitchen. They even had a crock pot if you need! The BBQ grills were so nice to have just a short walk away! My parents loved sitting on the lanai every morning and swimming in the salt water pool. There is a beach just a short walk away and the condo has everything you need for a fun day at the beach! We can’t wait to go back and would love to stay at David’s place every time! đŸŒș

Perfection in Paradise

Dave and Lisa's vacation condo is a fantastic home, with everything you need beautifully organized. Their place is 100% as advertised and everything works as it should. They have taken the time to label things and leave small instructions in a very unobtrusive, helpful way. It's super clean, surprisingly well-stocked, and exceptionally comfortable. The A/C and fans work very well. There are nice choices of adjustable lighting. The views of the tropical gardens are lovely and relaxing with lots of colorful blooms and interesting birds and butterflies. Plenty of furniture and beach gear but no clutter. The beautiful pool area and the bbq pavilion are very close by yet far enough that you don't get extra noise. The parking spot is directly in front of the condo. There are no stairs which is helpful for those with mobility issues. The location of Vista Waikoloa is great for exploring the Big Island. Along the Kohalo Coast we sighted many humpback whales breaching and fin and tail slapping and some spinner dolphins in very close to shore! Good snorkeling is nearby and fishing trips available not far away. A drive over the Saddle Road to Hilo yielded rain storms and many large rushing waterfalls and nice parks. Drove home along the north side of the island and stopped in Wailea for an excellent meal. The best part? Dave and Lisa! They have thought of everything. They are kind, generous and easy to communicate with. Already planning our return! ~Mahalo~

Perfect Weekend Getaway on The Big Island

David and Lisa's property was absolutely wonderful. Well situated close to A-Bay and Waikaloa, perfect for a short stay or something longer. I didn't even bother renting a car as groceries were a short 10 minute walk away. Having lived on the Big Island many years ago and stayed at many hotels and rentals over the years, this is easily in the top 1%. The hosts were gracious and easy to work with and the condo is immaculate and well appointed. I will be back!

Wonderful Place!

What a beautiful hale! Dave and Lisa were easy to communicate with. Directions to the place were right on. Their hale was well equipped and had everything you need (including a crock pot which came in handy!). It’s steps away from the lanai to the salted pool and just a few extra to the bbq area. We loved how big the lanai was. Their hale is an open modern concept. The bathrooms were amazing and had rain showers! Little details such as a binder full of suggestions on where to go and see and a book about the conception of the resort was great info. Their hale felt like a second hale to us. We loved our stay and would love to come back to your place in the future. Mahalo nui loa!

Our stay was perfect. The condo was very clean and well appointed with utensils and cooking equipment. We took advantage of the snorkel equipment too. We loved being centrally located to many beaches and other attractions. We hope to be back.
