The unit, gated community, pool, common areas, and landscaping were absolutely amazing. We truly appreciated that this unit came with the garage and with all of the beach items you could need to enjoy: snorkeling gear, beach towels, ice chests, wagon, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs. The unit itself was very comfortable, very clean, and the kitchen was well appointed. As in a previous review, the carpets are in need of cleaning and/or replacement, but other than that it’s our only critique on the unit. We would definitely stay there again and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This condo had everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. It comes with a garage filled with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel gear. It is conveniently located across the street from the Queen's Market Place. You'll have choices for shops, restaurants, and even a movie theatre. The condo is steps from the pool. It's about a 20-minute drive north from the Kailua-Kona airport. The complex has a gym and the surroundings are well maintained. The one thing this condo desperately needs is new carpets throughout. They are well worn out and stained. I informed the property manager, and she concurred the carpets needed to be changed. Hopefully the owner(s) will agree and replace the carpets ASAP. It's the only drawback to this rental property.

Great Family Vacation spot

Waikoloa beach villa is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Our villa was very close to the pool. We had access to and did use the girll next to the pool and the picnic area right outside of the pool. Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties was very nice. She answered any questions I had right away. I would recommend this place for anyone but especially if you are taking a family vacation. The location is very close to stores and the villa has everything you would want and need in one place.
