This home is older, but in reasonably good condition. It could benefit from some simple repairs, touch-up paint, etc... Neither bedroom door locked and one of the bathrooms did not even have a lock. That created some issues for privacy and convenience. The kitchen is well-stocked for a rental home and we appreciated having a dishwasher and a spacious sink. Since this home is small, it was handy to have the large console table in the kitchen and the oversized bench in one of the bedrooms. Both proved to be very helpful for storage. The king mattress was the most comfortable out of any mattress we've slept on away from home. In terms of cleanliness, it was fine for a rental home, but not as clean as we anticipated based on the reviews we read. It just needs some freshening-up and a little more attention to detail. The hosts were attentive, but not as receptive to feedback as other hosts we've corresponded with during and after our stays. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay.
