Custom built cabinets in large kitchen with sizable center island, dishwasher, large bright dining/living area, porch/ dining room, light filled office, den (guest room), and laundry area w/large washer/dryer, ample storage on first floor. Newly renovated bathroom. House is newly painted inside and out.
Centrally located in Berkshire County, short distance to major ski areas, many cultural venues and shopping centers. Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health is only 5 minutes away. Easy access to Interstate I-90.

Available for a 3-4 month lease for Winter, Starting Dec 23, 2023 - April 23, 2024. No smoking, no pets. Ample parking available on property. Heat is water base board, oil heat which is not included in rent. Electricity, water, snow plowing, house cleaning, Wi-fi, Direct TV/ Streaming access included in rent fees. Security Deposit is one month's rent.
