"I booked the hotel room same day because I arrived at the Santiago airport a day early. They were very accommodating because within hours of booking the room they were able to send a shuttle to the airport to get me. The airport shuttle is included in the price of the room. The amount that I paid for this rule is at least equivalent to a 3-star hotel in the United States and the service was much much better much more attentive and comfortable. I would stay there again, I would stay there long term, the staff is top notch."

Went to cielo rooftop bar had the fish with pasta and ceviche were really tasty, had two leechyee martinis, they were warm. Overall i would come back. Great location, very clean room, welcoming staff and very helpful."
