Located just a brief 2-minute stroll along a flat complex driveway, it offers convenient ski-in, ski-out access to Merlin's Run (Green Line). Additionally, it's only minutes away from the Blackcomb Gondola and Blackcomb Day Lodge. Painted Cliff 11 stands out as an upgraded and spacious townhome boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With an open-concept floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and valley mountain views, it offers a comfortable and scenic retreat.

Ski Access

When weather permits, you can enjoy convenient ski access directly from the Painted Cliff complex. A two-minute walk down the flat complex driveway will lead you to 'Merlin's Run' - A Green Line trail that gives an easy passage to the 10-person Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

Beautiful, slopeside on Backcomb AND close to Lost Lake

The townhome was gorgeous and in a great location. Our puppy enjoyed his stay too - close to Lost lake for late night dips and walks, right on the mountain for biking. Clean, well-stocked, and beautifully furnished. Couldn’t have asked for more.
