Crisp alpine air greets you each time you step onto the patio, and the quiet slopes of Blackcomb Mountain sit just moments from your door. After a day of winter adventure, the glow of the indoor fireplace becomes your evening anchor.



Living and relaxation

Vaulted ceilings and an open layout create a welcoming space to gather, with a large sectional facing the indoor fireplace and TV. Soft winter light filters through the windows, offering a peaceful backdrop while you unwind after skiing or exploring the nearby trails. Heating throughout ensures comfort during Whistler’s colder months.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen with the essentials for cooking at home connects seamlessly to the dining area, where you can share meals at the table for six. The private patio includes a BBQ grill for year-round use, letting you prepare food while taking in the forested surroundings.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms offer space for up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, closet, and a small patio, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, and single vanity. Two additional bedrooms on the main level each have a king-split bed that can be arranged as a king or two twins, and a second bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity serves these rooms.



Outdoor living and amenities

The patio provides outdoor furniture for relaxing in the crisp mountain air. Guests also have access to a shared hot tub within the Painted Cliff complex, ideal for warming up after time on the slopes. The property includes a private entrance, a mudroom-style entry with ski storage, bike storage in the parking garage, washer and dryer, portable fans, and wifi.



Ski access and parking

When conditions allow, you can reach the slopes via ski-in/Ski-out access connected to Merlin's Run, just a short walk down a flat driveway. Parking includes free parking garage on premises for one vehicle, and free street parking is available on a limited basis. Self check-in with a smart lock adds convenience on arrival.



Workspace and essentials

A dedicated workspace supports longer stays, while essentials such as bed linens, towels, cleaning products, and bathroom basics are provided. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.



Pet-friendly details

This pet-friendly home welcomes one dog, with an additional fee applying. Assistance animals are always allowed.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• 2-minute walk to the Free Upper Village Shuttle #5 - exit the Painted Cliff complex, cross the road, and the shuttle stop is on your right-hand side, bringing you to both mountain bases and Whistler Village



Other Things to Note:

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
