Whether you’ve spent the day carving down Whistler’s slopes or exploring the quiet trails around Lost Lake, this townhouse offers a calm retreat designed for rest and togetherness.
Sleeping arrangements
The home comfortably sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, fireplace, private balcony with views over Green Lake, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom includes a queen bed beside a full bath with a walk-in shower. A third bedroom features a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with its own ensuite and a bathtub-shower combo. On the main floor, the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, desk, and private ensuite, while a powder room provides added convenience.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances, and heated slate floors. You’ll find everything you need to prepare warm, shared meals around the dining table for ten or at the breakfast bar for four. A refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and other cooking basics make it easy to dine in after a day outdoors.
Living spaces
The open-concept main level features vaulted ceilings, exposed log beams, and large windows framing mountain views. Gather around the gas fireplace as snow falls outside, or unwind with a movie on the TV. With air conditioning, portable fans, and heating, comfort is assured in every season.
Outdoor living
Step out onto the patio and breathe in the crisp mountain air. The private hot tub awaits after a day on the slopes, offering a peaceful place to soak beneath the winter sky. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.
• The Goldenwood complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
