The Space:
Morning light spill across the fairway as you sip coffee from the patio, the mountains rising quietly beyond.Snow settles quietly across the fairway as you wake to a pale winter light filtering through tall windows, the mountains standing still beyond. Mornings begin slowly here - coffee warming your hands, skis waiting by the door, and the calm of Nicklaus North surrounding you before the village stirs. After a day in the cold, the house draws you back in with firelight, warmth, and space to fully unwind.
The townhouse is set along the 16th fairway of Nicklaus North Golf Course, about a seven-minute drive from Whistler Village and the base of the mountains. Renovated in December 2019, the two-story layout centers around an open-concept main level with vaulted ceilings, exposed log beams, and large windows framing Whistler and Blackcomb. Air conditioning and heating run throughout, balanced by hardwood floors and a gas fireplace that anchors winter evenings indoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, its own fireplace, a private balcony overlooking Green Lake, and an ensuite with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, and glass-enclosed shower. A second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed beside a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third upstairs bedroom includes a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with an ensuite featuring a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, and a private ensuite. A separate powder room adds convenience for shared spaces.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals after a day outdoors, with Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances and heated slate floors. An easy flow connects the kitchen to the dining area, where the table seats ten, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Whether you’re cooking together or keeping things simple, the space is designed for gathering.
Outdoor living
Winter days often end with time outdoors. Step onto the patio or upper deck for fresh mountain air, then ease into the private hot tub for a quiet soak under the cold sky. Outdoor furniture and the BBQ grill remain available, with the surrounding fairway and lake adding to the sense of space and stillness.
Comfort and amenities
Inside, you’ll find in-unit laundry, fast wifi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and climate controls ensure comfort through the colder months. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.
Parking and access
The home offers a two-car garage suitable for small vehicles, with additional driveway parking. Entry is through a private entrance with smart lock self check-in, making arrivals simple regardless of timing.
Neighborhood
Nicklaus North is known for its quiet setting and proximity to recreation. The golf clubhouse, Table Nineteen restaurant, Meadow Park Sports Centre, and access to lake paths are all close by, while Whistler Village, gondolas, and shops are a short drive away.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.
